Village Wellness Turns Three!

Tuesday, December 6th 2011 marks the third year anniversary of Village Wellness.  2011 has brought forth some significant changes for the clinic, most notably a move from Hammonds Plains to Tantallon.  The staff of Village Wellness would like to thank all of our patients for the continued support and allowing us to be an integral part of your healthcare strategy. 

In celebration of our third year anniversary, Village Wellness will be holding a draw for all those patients wishing to share their experience at the clinic.  During the month of December, submit your testimonial and you will be entered to win one of three great prizes:

The draw will be held on January 3rd, 2012 and winners will be contacted with their prize!  There are three ways to submit your testimonial in order to be eligible:

#1 - Fill out your testimonial form in person during your December visit to the clinic

#2 - Visit the "Clinic Info" page, download the testimonial form and bring it in to your next visit

#3 - Share your thoughts directly on our Facebook Page, and we will enter you automatically!
