Orthotics

"Much like eye glasses, orthotics work to improve function and prevent injury and pain when you're wearing them, but they do not change the anatomy of your foot"

The purpose of orthotics is to redistribute the pressure areas on your feet to alleviate stress on the bones, ligaments and muscles of your feet and to improve biomechanics of walking, running and jumping.  Improper foot alignment can lead to a wide variety of foot, ankle, knee, lower limb and back problems.  By improving this alignment the body is able to function with less stress on the anatomical structures holding you together.

Custom orthotics can be created for a wide variety of shoes and people of all ages.  Custom orthotic shoes are also available.
